What are the differences between Superior and Deluxe?

Deluxe rooms are larger, and the bathrooms in the Deluxe rooms have separate bathtubs and showers.

What is the configuration of Connect rooms?

Connect rooms at our hotel will have one main door leading to two smaller bedrooms, and there is a single bathroom with a bathtub.

What is the breakfast like?

The hotel serves a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of options, including both Thai and American breakfast items.

Is the hotel located by the beach?

The Vareena Palace Hotel is not directly on the beach. It is approximately 2.5 kilometers from Pattaya Beach and about 10 kilometers from Jomtien Beach.

Can pets be brought into the hotel?

Yes, pets are allowed in the hotel for a charge of 500 Baht per pet. However, guests with pets are limited to staying on the second floor to avoid disturbing other guests, except during festivals or long weekends when pets are not allowed.

Where is the swimming pool located, and what are its opening hours?

The swimming pool is located on the 8th floor and is open from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

How much does an extra bed cost, and is it available in all rooms?

The cost of an extra bed is 500 Baht, including breakfast, and it is available only for Superior and Deluxe rooms.

At what age do children stay for free?

Children under 5 years old stay for free. Children aged 6 and above will be charged for meal services, with the specific amount depending on their age.

What amenities are provided in the bathroom?

All essential bathroom amenities are provided in the rooms, except for toothbrushes and toothpaste.
